The debate whether homosexuality is a personal choice, a biological makeup or a combination of both has been a hot button issue with many individuals, especially in religion. The study going on in this article says that someone by the name of Dean Hamer is doing a study and trying to find a gene that is passed from mother to males in the family that is responsible for having the gay trait.

I honestly don't know what to think of the gay gene. I feel curious to know what will happen in the future with science for us to find out the truth. It makes more sense for gay people to be made biologically gay instead of by preference. I believe there is something within them that makes them feel a certain way. There has to be something in the dna to make them different from straight people.
